Do you sell Zoho licences?

Customers may purchase licences directly from Zoho. Helios Consulting currently charges separately for implementation and management services.

Are you an official Zoho partner?

Helios Consulting currently operates as an independent Zoho implementation consultancy. We do not imply official Zoho endorsement or partner status.

Can the implementation be completed remotely?

Yes. Discovery, configuration, migration, training, testing, and handoff can all be conducted online.

How long does implementation take?

A structured CRM implementation generally takes approximately three to seven weeks after the required access, decisions, and usable data have been provided. Complex migrations and integrations can take longer.

Can you migrate data from Excel or another CRM?

Yes, subject to reviewing the data structure, quality, volume, attachments, duplicates, and source-system export capabilities.

Do you provide custom integrations?

Standard integrations may be included after technical approval. Custom API development is separately assessed and scoped.

Is software pricing included?

No. Zoho licences and third-party software charges are separate from Helios Consulting’s professional-service fees.

Do you guarantee increased revenue?

No. We implement the CRM system, process controls, reporting, and training. Results also depend on sales execution, management adoption, data quality, offer strength, and market conditions.
